Today we thanked to one of our Care Assistants, Sajina, for referring 2 new team members.
CuraCare really appreciates it when team members refer potential new employees as they know best the type of person that would be suited to working for CuraCare and upholding the high standards of care that we deliver.
Sajina recently referred us to Monica and Riya, both of whom joined the team and both of whom are receiving very positive feedback from clients that they work with. As a company, we pay employees £250 for referring people to join the CuraCare team. Sajina is pictured here receiving her cheque for £500 from Managing Director Adrian Mullins.
