Concierge services for complete peace of mind
Often family caregivers want to focus on retaining their existing relationship with their loved ones and don’t want, or simply don’t have the capacity, to manage their day to day care diaries. We recognise this, so our incredibly capable care assistants, recruited for their warmth and generosity of character, are fully flexible with the type of home care services they provide. They are experienced in identifying a need and then having the initiative and the capacity to take the next step in organising and facilitating what’s required.
Support includes:
- Care follow up – liaise with District Nurse / GP / Hospital specialists
- Medication – monitor and manage ordering process
- Pharmacy collections
- Arranging additions supports services e.g. chiropodist / home hairdressers
- Book and manage appoints e.g. dental
- Equipment ordering and management
- Specialist items sourcing e.g. food supplements
- Careline point of contact service
- Key holder service
- Family feedback / summary service
