Meet the team

Adrian Mullins
Founder and Managing Director
Adrian’s core principles for ensuring high-quality customer service and first-rate care come from his previous work in both the health and hospitality sector.
After being exposed to some poor levels of service being delivered to the elderly, he was able to see how moving an individual into unfamiliar surroundings, such as a nursing home, could lead to deterioration. It was the personal experience of trying to find his grandmother the best care at home that prompted him to establish CuraCare seeing how a local home care service could provide a greater level of personalised care.
In his spare time, Adrian is a Scuba Diver and enjoys travelling.

Ciara Mullins
Operations Director
Ciara’s previous career in large-scale events within sports sponsorship and TV production developed her impeccable planning and organisational skills. These, alongside her attention to detail and excellent relationship building abilities, means she’s the perfect operational support for clients, customers and the team. Ciara’s appetite for new challenges has seen her successfully help her brother’s Ultra Marathon Cycle team raise more than £25,000 for various charities.
Outside work, Ciara greatly enjoys travelling, singing, horse riding and attending sports events.

Our care team
Our Care Assistants are at the very heart of what we do. We are dedicated to attracting the right people to join our team and providing them with the right support and development opportunities once they are with us. This goes a long way. In fact, three of our care team were regional finalists in the Home Care Worker & Care Newcomer categories of The Great British Care Awards 2018 and 2019.
We pay our Care Assistants more than the industry average as we believe in supporting them well so that they can deliver the highest standard of care.
Owners,
Adrian & Ciara
