My name is Cathrine Nyamayaro. I have over six years’ experience working in the care sector, three of which have been with Cura Care.
I enjoy learning new skills, cooking, and spending time outdoors, especially during summer days. I am fluent in 6 languages. I am a huge fan of medieval television series and have a collection of A Song of Ice and Fire books by George R R Martin.
I was drawn to the healthcare space, because I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. To me care work is a lifestyle, not just a job. I am passionate about supporting our care team.
I enjoy building strong relations with our clients and their families. It creates a sense of belonging and reduces isolation. I know what I do helps them to live independently in their own homes, and I find satisfaction in bridging that gap.
