I start by listening to you. I explain options and advice as to how we can best help. I find it really helps to focus on the outcomes as well as the immediate practical needs. Every care plan I create is personised as not to people are the same.
With over two years of hands-on experience as a Care Assistant, I bring valuable insight and empathy to my current role. This background allows me to truly understand what matters most to our clients and ensures I can design care solutions that are both practical and compassionate.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the theatre and comedy shows, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places through travel and long walks. I’m passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and committed to delivering the highest standard of care and support.
