Hello. I’m Umu and I’m the In-house Trainer at CuraCare. I joined the company as a Care Assistant and have progressed to head up our in-house training programme, winning a few awards along the way! My background in social psychology helps me understand people better and support our team through meaningful, effective training.
Outside of work, I absolutely love cooking, traveling to new places, and spending time at the theatre.
Whether I’m trying out a new recipe or exploring a different city, I’m always looking for new experiences and inspirations.
I’m passionate about helping others grow and feel confident in what they do. I love working in care because, I love supporting people who are unable to live a normal life, by giving them the necessary support to live a dignified life.
