Starting your home care with us is very easy. From setting up to adapting to your changing needs, we’re committed to ensuring the whole process is as simple and stress-free as possible.
You can call us and speak directly to one of our Registered Care Managers or company owners. If you’d like to meet face-to-face, then pop into one of our branches, or we can meet at a place that’s most convenient for you, whether that be at your home or your favourite coffee shop.
The first thing we will do is take the time to understand your needs and answer any questions you may have about our in-home care services. We will then send you an information pack, which will allow you to think things over and read through the different ways in which we can help. Once you’ve had a chance to digest everything, contact us again to arrange a FREE home assessment.
To allow us to fully understand your home care needs and identify the appropriate level of support, one of our Registered Care Managers will visit you in the place where you wish to receive care. We encourage family members who are involved with the care to be present at the home assessment, as our services can then be tailored to suit everyone. Please be assured that any home assessment records, at this stage, are made in the strictest of confidence.
Following your home assessment, we’ll put together a complete Care Plan that details the agreed level of care required and any other personal agreements that will ensure the highest quality of support is provided to both the client and family members. Once agreed by all involved, this detailed Care Plan is then passed onto the chosen experienced Care Assistant(s) to follow.
As per the agreed Care Plan, our chosen Care Assistant(s) will commence home care. Your local Registered Care Manager will regularly be in touch to ensure the level of support is being met and arrangements are running smoothly.
Everything we offer is designed around supporting you to continue living independently in your own home. We provide all manner of assistance, adapting our services around you and your specific needs and requirements.
We understand that often it’s the little things that matter the most and go out of our way to ensure we provide for all your needs – emotional as well as physical. Our range of home care services includes everything from hourly to round-the-clock live-in care. Or, if you don’t feel that’s necessary at the moment, perhaps you’re just looking for a helping hand or a little company? With our companionship service, we cover everything from chatting over drinks and helping out with hobbies, to getting you out in the fresh air for a stroll.
Our popular Concierge service is extremely popular too. Monitoring medication, arranging appointments – doctors, chiropractor, even a trip to get your hair done – whatever you need, we can help.
We’re also available for more specialist needs too, offering dedicated palliative and respite care, along with expert assistance for people suffering from conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s.
