Being family-run and providing care and support across Richmond and surrounding areas, with two managed offices in Twickenham and East Sheen, means that when you contact us, you’ll speak directly to one of our registered care managers or company owners. We can also take a completely flexible approach, so whether you contact us when you’re starting to think about needing some home care support or you’re at the point of crisis, we’re there to help.

Having experience of arranging care for our own relatives, we can understand what you and your family are feeling. Our core values, derived from when we began, remain at the heart of our care staff and the services we provide. We make sure we understand what you want and then deliver it. We don’t sit back and relax, however. We actively seek feedback on ways to improve our service.

Being recommended by the NHS is one thing, but, being rated 5 out of 5 is another. We are very proud of our care staff for this fantastic achievement.
We directly employ our care staff locally
One of our main reasons we stand out is our carers. Fully employed and managed by us, we only select the most compassionate and kindest carers that we would want for our own loved ones. We ensure a consistency of care and try our best to accommodate client preferences in terms of carer type as well as matching personality types.
Our carers are passionate about care and we are passionate about them, making sure they have all the training and advice they need to continuously improve and provide excellent support. This includes extensive induction training and ongoing specialist training and support.
Our care staff won’t work anywhere else
We respect all of our staff and make sure that they are well remunerated and rewarded for the care they provide. We pay them more than the industry average, as we believe in supporting our carers well so that they can deliver the highest standard of care.
We are a London Living Wage Employer.
We were one of the first care providers to become a London Living Wage employer and we’re one of only a few in the care sector who have taken this step.
